For people who believe that beer drinking is a legitimate athletic pursuit and champions of this sport should be celebrated as heroes, Doolally Beer Olympics is where you should be this Saturday. “Real Life” athleticism like downing a pint of beer in 5 seconds flat or boarding the Virar fast train aspiring to get off at Andheri (if that is even possible!), is seldom recorded, even less rewarded. So, for all those people who are champions of such feats, make your way to the Doolally Beer Olympics in Pune. The celebration consists of multiple beer related events in which teams compete to win the greatest reward a beer athlete can aspire for – The Golden Mug!

For teams in Mumbai, there is The Doolally Wagon (an AC bus) from Doolally Bandra to Corinthians and back for Rs. 800 per head. No drink and drive, it is important to stay safe and keep others safe too.

The prize up for grabs is no less than about 10 liters beer plus the great big Golden Mug!
