Wonder no more, head over to hottest new noodle bar in Vadodara at the Food Court at Inorbit Mall in Gorwa, where you can order from a pre-decided menu or choose your own type of noodles, sauce, vegetables and toppings and get it cooked the way you like it. They have a wide range of sauce from Kung Pao and Teriyaki to Hot Garlic and Schezwuan Chilli, as well as a very interesting range of vegetable options like potato, cauligflower, beans, carrots, spring onions, onions, etc and toppings like sesame seeds, fried onions, roasted peanuts, chilli flakes and the like. They also offer a choice of noodles from classic, pan fried, chowmein and roasted.

I tried pan fried noodles, with hot garlic sauce, with potatoes, cauliflowers, onions, spring onions, mushrooms and beans, topped with fried onions, roasted peanuts and crispy garlic. I also tried the Kung Pao Delight noodles from their standard menu. Both the noodles were finger-licking delicious. The noodles are well cooked, and loaded with generous amounts of sauces, vegetables and toppings. They also carefully listen to any other requests you might have for them. The staff is indeed very friendly and warm.

The noodles are served in a take-away friendly packaging, typical of Chinese take-outs internationally. The seating area is in the mall’s food court, which tends to get a little crowded and noisy sometimes, especially over the weekends, but you can always request a takeaway and have it in the comforts of your home too.

Overall, its a great place to be at for all the noodle lovers, to have the noodles the way you like it, how you like it.
